Completing this form does not process your payment immediately. Once submitted, it simply authorizes our team to process a payment on your behalf. If you do not see the funds taken out of your account immediately, please allow us some time to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

1. Payments are only processed during normal business hours (M-F 8am - 6pm EST).
2. Payments received after hours may not be processed until the next business day.
3. If any of the following fields are left blank, we may not be able to process your payment and your reservation may be canceled.

1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.
2. Authorization: By booking through Velviya Travels & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.
3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Velviya Travels or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction.
4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 727-310-1389 or sales@velviyatravels.com. We are committed to resolving any problems efficiently and to your satisfaction.
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Velviya Travels or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.
6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Velviya Travels, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.
