We book international & domestic travel. We also offer full digital itineraries that include nightlife, excursions, activities, restaurants & bars. We can’t wait to plan your trip!

Please note, there is no fee to submit this inquiry.

Velviya Travels will reach out after reviewing your travel inquiry to suggest a planning package which must be purchased prior to beginning research and/or booking.

Our planning packages are in place to compensate for:

  1. Our time in consultation (Text, Calls, and/or Email).
  2. Research, pricing, & vendor negotiation
  3. Processing payments on behalf of your travel party
  4. Support before, during, and post travel
  5. Advocate on behalf of your travel party

*Quotes are usually provided within 3-5 business days.In some instances where quotes are for multi-destination trips the turn around time can be 3-10 busines days.

*Prices quoted are subject to change without the submission of a deposit per person to lock in package rate.

To ensure efficiency, please provide the most accurate information below.

We will always try our best to propose a trip of value while keeping your budget in mind. However, if your budget is below standard pricing once we begin research, it may be difficult to provide options within your requested range. If this happens, we will always let you know and discuss options with you before finalizing your proposal.

Please note we will consider budgets of less than $1000 per person,however, keep in mind this is a quote and budgets are not always guaranteed. We will always communicate with you before sending a quote if it does not meet your target budget. Our highest priority is ensuring a quality experience.

We do not book flight only packages. Flights can be added on to your hotel or resort of choice.
Please consider that depending on the budget provided we may have to offer a budget airline in your quote. Of course, we will let you know!
What is your hotel/​resort style?
We do not book AirBnB. No exceptions. If interested in a villa we are booking for select locations with Mexico and the Caribbean guaranteed. Please inquire about our available destinations and we will confirm.

I understand that full payment for my vacation will be due 30-45 days prior to departure depending on the supplier used to book. For trips falling within 30-45 days of departure-full payment will be required. For trips beyond a departure 30-45 days, a deposit can be placed and flexible payments are allowed up to final payment due date.
I have researched the travel restrictions of my destination and I am aware of what is required to travel.
We do not assist with passports or visas.
Air passengers will no longer need to get tested and show a negative COVID-19 test result or show documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the United States regardless of vaccination status or citizenship. Of note, CDC’s Order requiring proof of vaccination for non-citizen non-immigrants travelling to the United States is still in effect. I confirm that I understand this planning service will incur a non-refundable & non-transferrable plan to travel fee that will not be applied toward the payment of my trip. I also understand and agree that all planning package sales ​[plan to travel fees​] from ttctravels.com are final. Furthermore, should I book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during and post travel. After submitting my inquiry, The Traveling Counselor will reach out to me and suggest a planning package based on my travel needs.
