In the first four days of launch week, 565 real applicants used it.
They came from Nigeria, Ghana, Pakistan, Kenya and Bangladesh — the exact people I built this for. Most landed in Moderate-to-Good readiness: not doomed, not done, but real, fixable gaps to close before applying. That's the whole point. Room to improve while it still costs nothing to improve it.
Here's the lesson I keep re-learning: people don't want a score, they want the truth early enough to act on it. 72% finished in under ten minutes because the tool respected their time and told them something useful. Attention isn't given — it's earned, one honest answer at a time.
