The short version: this site doesn't track you. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels. The only personal data involved is whatever you choose to send by email.
01Who we are
dennisobel.com is operated by 3Men Pty Ltd (Australia, ABN 83 678 873 839) and Digital Assets Africa Ltd (Nairobi, Kenya). You can reach us any time at hello@afrofeast.travel.
02What we collect
Almost nothing. There is no account, no login, and no form that posts data to a server. The contact form simply opens your own email app with a message pre-filled. When you press send, you email us directly — so we only ever receive what you decide to write:
- Your name and email address
- Your organisation (optional)
- The reason for contact and your message
That's it. We don't collect anything in the background.
03What we don't do
- No cookies. The site sets none.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No advertising. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
04The few third parties involved
- Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so can expose your IP address to Google as part of serving the font files. No other data is shared.
- Hosting. The site is served by our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify or profile you.
05How we use what you send
If you email us, we use your message only to respond and, where relevant, to continue the conversation about a partnership, investment, press request, or a venture. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose; where it becomes a business or tax record, Australian law requires us to retain it for up to 7 years.
06Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, where we have no legal need to keep it
- Stop using it for further contact

07Complaints
If you're in Australia and believe we've mishandled your data, you can contact us first, and you may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
08Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
