A fair question keeps landing in my inbox — and in my search analytics: is 3Men Pty Ltd legit? The short answer is yes. The longer answer is better, because you don't have to take my word for it. The record is public.
3Men Pty Ltd is an Australian private company, registered in Sydney, New South Wales. Its ABN is 83 678 873 839 and its ACN is 678 873 839. It has been active on the register since 5 July 2024, and registered for GST since 18 August 2025. You can check every line of that yourself on the Australian Business Register.
What does it do? It builds software. It is a technology venture studio — six ventures across Africa, the UK and Asia, from a UK visa tool to a heritage companion to bus ticketing in East Africa. The full list is on the company page. No factory, no warehouse, no equipment.
That last point matters, because the name causes confusion. Search "3 Men" and you will find other businesses — including manufacturers — using similar words. They are different companies, with different registered legal names. There is exactly one company on the Australian Business Register registered as 3MEN PTY LTD: ABN 83 678 873 839. This is it.
Behind it is one person — me, Dennis Obel — building between Nairobi and Sydney since 2019, with group roots in Digital Assets Africa Ltd in Nairobi. The longer story is here.
If you are checking us out before working with one of the ventures — good, you should. Here is the company, and here is the government record. Both say the same thing.
